A three-mana enchantment that wants three more activations across multiple turns before the payoff comes online, in a format where Reanimate returns a creature for one mana and Dark Ritual exists to power out the whole graveyard plan on turn one. Each level is sorcery-speed, so the engine cannot assemble at instant speed, and the Level 3 launder costs 3 generic manaBlack mana per creature on top of the Black mana to reach the level. That is a lot of mana paid in pieces to do what Reanimator already does faster and for less. The drain at Level 1 invites a comparison to aristocrats payoffs, but Legacy's small-creature decks live at one mana on the curve, and a three-mana enchantment that pays Force of Will and demands setup is not where that deck wants to be. Does not clear the bar.

Legal, but yet to register in tracked tournament play this season.
