A 2-mana Boros sorcery in a format where removal is measured against free interaction and the Power Nine. The burn mode scales off your biggest creature and can only target an opposing creature, never a player or planeswalker, which rules out the reach Vintage's combo-leaning decks would want. The blink mode wants a creature-heavy board Vintage does not build around, and a two-mana sorcery that needs a developed battlefield to do anything is the wrong shape for a format that goldfishes on turn one. It does nothing the format asks for. Legal, but yet to register in tracked tournament play. Noise.
