A 7-mana sorcery in a format whose blue decks goldfish kills and combo turns well before the board gets to seven lands. The bounce half is genuinely hard to find in blue, but Legacy's premier blue sweeper conversation runs through cheaper, more flexible answers, and a mass bounce that costs as much as a full Show and Tell turn plus four is not the rate the format rewards. At 5 generic manaBlue manaBlue mana it pays the Force of Will tax with room to spare, and a reset that refuels the caller while letting the opponent opt out is the kind of slow, fair effect Daze and Wasteland decks were built to punish before it resolves. Legal, but yet to register in tracked tournament play. Does not clear the bar.
