The self-mill reanimator has always split its work across two cards: something to fill the yard and something to raise what lands there. This three-mana artifact folds a version of both jobs into one object and prices the recursion as a repeatable, sorcery-speed activation rather than a single big spell. The tap-to-exile line does two things at once: it feeds the engine and it hard-exiles the top of your library, so the creature cards you dig up are reachable only through the artifact itself. That is the constraint that keeps the recursion from being oppressive. Every creature it reanimates has to be pulled out of exile by a second, mana-hungry activation, one body per turn, and the haste rider is the tell that this is meant to close games with a threat rather than assemble a value pile at leisure: what it puts down can attack the turn it arrives. The enters-the-battlefield clause is not a tax on setup but an on-ramp for it; it scoops every creature already in your graveyard into the exile reservoir, so a pre-stocked yard becomes immediate fuel the moment the engine lands. From there the design reads as a slow, grinding inevitability machine, an attrition tool in the lineage of Volrath's Stronghold and Oversold Cemetery rebuilt as a single artifact that generates its own targets. It rewards the long game and punishes nothing but disruption of itself, since the banked reservoir sits outside any graveyard interaction once it is filled.
