The trigger reads as narrow until you look at the threshold: any other artifact you control with mana value three or greater makes a Construct, and the Constructs it makes are the exact size of your artifact count. That second clause is the engine's flywheel. Each token counts itself and every artifact around it, so the tenth Construct is not a 0/0 that dies, it is a wall the size of your whole battlefield. The counting is live and continuous, sharing the same self-referential math that has driven Construct tokens like Urza's Saga's for years: play another qualifying artifact and every Construct you already control grows in lockstep. What makes the three-mana-value gate the load-bearing constraint is what it excludes. Mana rocks, cheap equipment, and one-drop filler do not feed it; the card wants a deck of chunky artifacts and prices out the trivial ones that would make token generation free. The enters-and-scry is a small consolation for the turn it spends developing nothing, a way to dig toward the payoffs the engine is waiting on. As a build-around it sits in a quiet lineage of artifact go-wide payoffs that reward density over any single bomb, and its ceiling is a function of how many expensive artifacts you can chain in a turn rather than how good any one of them is.
