An anthem effect wearing an inquisitor's coat. The +1/+0 and shared vigilance turn a wide board into an attack that never leaves the defense open: everything you control can swing and still stand ready to block, which is the structural payoff most anthems never bother with. That alone would make it a serviceable Esper aggro lord, but the tap ability is what elevates it. For one mana and a tap, it neutralizes an opposing blocker or attacker before combat and draws you into a Clue, folding board control and card advantage into a single activation. The pairing does the real work: the anthem wants a crowd, and the tap ability keeps that crowd swinging into an empty red zone while quietly stockpiling Clues to refuel. It sits in the lineage of white-blue-black tempo commanders that want to attack rather than durdle, but where most of those lean on evasion or removal, this one leans on repeatedly pinning the biggest threat down and cashing in the leftover value. What holds all of it in check is the body: cheap enough to deploy on curve, but too modest to carry a game by itself, so it asks you to have already committed a board it can lift rather than lead as a standalone threat.
