Ninja tribal is the format's most legible build-around: 59 cards carry Sneak, the mechanic is the rallying flag, and Foot Headquarters at common hands every Orzhov drafter a tribal land they can wheel. This is the uncommon that justifies the WB build over the default UB shell. P1P1 if you open it; otherwise a hard pivot signal at P1P3 or P1P4, where seeing it late tells you Orzhov Ninjas is open and the supporting pieces (Foot Ninjas, Mechanized Ninja Cavalry, the hybrid commons that read as either color) will flow toward you.
The deathtouch grant is the line that matters here specifically. TMT's common ground creatures cluster at 2/3 and 3/2 in the two- and three-drop slots, exactly the toughness band that turns a 1/1 Foot Clan token from a chump into a trade. Sneak on the body is the second discipline: it dodges Stomped by the Foot at sorcery speed and arrives during the combat where you need the umbrella, not the turn before. The five-Ninja threshold is reachable in a deck that has been hitting its drops: the token trigger plus the Foot Headquarters bodies plus a wide curve gets you there around turn six, and the halving clause does the rest.
The punisher is Grounded for Life, which kills the 1/3 cleanly the turn it taps to attack and undoes the tempo of Sneaking it in. White's removal suite is built to answer exactly this. Maindeck always, and the card you draft the archetype around rather than dabble in.
