The structural catch lives in the sequencing, and it runs opposite to how a value engine usually behaves. Because this is a replacement effect, the 3/2 needs to be on the field before your Treasure sources go off, or the extra token never happens. That reverses the normal habit of holding an engine piece back for value; here you want it down early and surviving. The fragile frame is what caps the ceiling. A 3/2 at folds to nearly any point of interaction, and a kill spell that resolves before the Treasures land unwinds the whole plan retroactively. So the build-around question is one of protection and timing rather than combat math: how many Treasure triggers can you route through a creature that must be on the battlefield when they resolve.
