Witch's Vengeance
Tribal effects almost always run one direction: give your own creatures of a type a bonus, pump the whole team, build around the lord. This points the opposite way, aiming a mass shrink at a single creature type of your choosing and vaporizing every small-to-midsize member of it at once. The -3/-3 is the tell about who it was built to answer. It does not care about one big threat; it cares about a board that has committed to a tribe and stacked up bodies that all live at three toughness or below, the exact shape a go-wide creature-type deck wants to present. The "of your choice" clause is what earns the card a slot: you name the type on resolution, so it reads any board and points at whatever pile of goblins, elves, or humans is threatening to run you over. What it cannot do is meaningfully touch a deck that spreads across types or leans on one oversized finisher, which is the natural governor on an effect this lopsided. This is a hoser built for a specific problem, sharpened to a razor against one kind of opponent and blunt as a spoon against everyone else.
