Windfall
The size of the refill is dictated by the table, not the caster: the bigger anyone's hand, the bigger everyone's draw. That single hinge converts a card that looks symmetrical into a weapon, because it punishes the hoarder and rewards whoever has already dumped their hand to the board. Empty your own grip first, then point this at an opponent sitting on five or six cards and turn their reluctance to commit into a personal refuel. The discard-then-draw ordering carries weight: the cards everyone pitches land in graveyards before anyone draws, which is why it found a home alongside artifact recursion and reanimation shells that read the bin as a second hand. It sits next to Memory Jar and the Timetwister effects as a way to crack open a stalled game and flood cards back in, but its asymmetry is manufactured rather than discovered. The downside is the same mechanism running in reverse: a careless cast hands an opponent a fresh seven when you wanted two for yourself. The skill is sculpting your own hand to near-empty before the table sculpts theirs, so the refill you set in motion lands lopsided in your favor.
