A snowball engine with a fuse on every payload. The oil counter accrues permanently, so each combat step mints a fresh token one point bigger than the last, but the body itself is a rental: it swings once with trample and haste, then is sacrificed at the following end step. That split is the whole tension. Most incremental threat generators either leave you a persistent board (which invites a single sweeper to erase the investment) or fire a one-shot burst (which does not scale). This does neither. The counters are the durable asset and cannot be answered by killing creatures, so board wipes hit tokens that were leaving anyway; the artifact frame means the engine itself survives everything short of dedicated artifact removal. The cost of that resilience is patience. The first token is a 1/1, the next a 2/1, and the clock only turns lethal after several combats have banked oil, which is why the engine wants to sit behind a defended board rather than race. The tokens do attack the turn they arrive, so a defender can still block and trade with them; what you are buying is not unblockable damage but guaranteed, escalating pressure that no creature removal can rewind. It reads as an oil-counter tribute to Phyrexian compleation, but mechanically it belongs to the lineage of red haste-token engines that trade a fragile body for recurring damage: the wrinkle here is that the damage compounds instead of staying flat.
