An enchantment version of the untap effect that Seedborn Muse turned into a Commander institution, cut down for a creatureless body and priced for the color that never wanted the green tag. The trigger fires on your own end step rather than each opponent's untap step, which changes the calculus entirely: this is not about holding up interaction across the table, it is about generating a second full activation cycle of everything you control before your turn ends. Crucially, it leaves your lands tapped: this refreshes only nonland permanents, so where Seedborn Muse hands you a whole new mana base every turn cycle, this asks you to have already banked the mana or built engines that pay themselves off. Tap the mana dorks, cash the artifacts, empty every creature and enchantment with an activation worth pressing, then untap them all and do it again during the end step. That window is the whole point, and it's why the card reads quiet but plays like a combo enabler in any deck built around repeatable tap abilities that don't lean on lands. Where Seedborn Muse ties its refresh to opponents taking turns (a body that can be killed, a payoff gated behind the table's tempo), this severs the loop from combat and from anyone else's decisions: an enchantment sitting where removal runs thinner, collecting its second activation cycle on schedule regardless of what the rest of the table does.
