Two engines stacked on a fragile 1/3 body, and the second one is the reason the first matters. Clue generation off noncreature spells is familiar territory: a slow drip of cards that most decks would rather cash in eventually than hold. What separates this build is the tap ability, which turns any artifact token you control into a 3/1 flier for the turn. That includes the Clues it makes, so the same board that reads as pure card advantage doubles as a repeatable, evasive attacker. Token-value permanents have a chronic flaw: they pile up inertly while the game clock runs out. Here the tokens are ammunition. Every Clue is a potential three-damage strike in the air, and because the animation expires at the end of your turn, it dodges sorcery-speed sweepers on the crackback while committing nothing permanent to the red zone. The build rewards a spell-dense shell that floods the board with artifacts, then converts that width into pressure a single tap at a time. It is a value-into-tempo pivot dressed as a durdle piece, and the low toughness is the honest cost: the whole apparatus folds to a well-placed removal spell, so the payoff is priced for a deck willing to protect a three-mana artificer long enough to let the Clues stack up.
