The Master, Multiplied

Legendary Creature — Time Lord Rogue4 generic manaBlack manaRed mana

Myriad has always been a mechanic in tension with itself: it spins off a token copy attacking each other opponent, but those copies are legend-ruled out of existence the instant they resolve, so on a legendary body it reads as a dead keyword. This is the card built to resolve that contradiction. By switching off the legend rule for your own creature tokens, it lets every copy Myriad manufactures stick around, turning a mechanic that self-destructs into a multiplayer swarm engine. The second clause is the quieter piece of engineering, and the more considered one: triggered abilities you control can no longer force you to sacrifice or exile those tokens. Myriad's own end-of-combat cleanup is exactly such a trigger, so this text keeps the copies past the turn that made them, but the same protection reaches further, insulating the token board from your own sacrifice and exile triggers while leaving opponents' removal fully intact. The result is a self-referential design: a legend whose entire rules text exists to make the token clones of itself viable, and to keep those clones alive once they arrive. The 4/3 body is almost incidental; the value is in what the attack trigger leaves behind on a board where none of your creature tokens answer to the legend rule anymore.
