This is a Tamiyo built as a control anchor for grindy attrition mirrors, where the deck that cannot be forced to discard or sacrifice tends to win the long game by default. She protects the resources she generates, then generates more; the design's whole personality is refusing to lose to the strategies that punish resource hoarding, which is exactly the strategy she enables.
