Saproling Symbiosis
Green's go-wide payoffs usually ask you to assemble the army first, then reward the count. This is the doubler that counts every creature you control: it does not transform anything, it mints a fresh 1/1 Saproling for each creature you already control, so a board of ten becomes a board of twenty in one cast. The yield scales entirely with what you bring, and it is indifferent to the quality of those bodies; a row of mana dorks doubles as cleanly as a row of beaters, which makes it a finisher for any flat, creature-dense board. The optional flash cost is what elevates it above a sorcery-speed flood. Cast as written, it is a tap-out build-up that telegraphs your swing a turn early. Pay the extra mana and it holds for an instant-speed window: drop the second wave after blockers are declared, or untap into a freshly multiplied team, committing to the board on your terms instead of announcing the plan in advance. That timing flexibility unwinds the usual bind of a payoff spell that wants you tapped out. The design slots between the one-shot token spray and the recursive token engines that came later, a "turn your board into more board" effect whose only real wrinkle is the choice of when to fire it.
