Impulse-draw engines usually charge you for their advantage: an exile with a "play this turn" clause spends the card if you don't. Here the exiled card sits in a holding pattern for as long as you keep a Kavu on the board, which turns each trigger into stored, deferred value rather than a use-it-now gamble. That reframing matters because the trigger fires not just when this creature enters but when any Kavu you control enters, so a tribal shell stacks exiled cards faster than it can spend them, and the "you may play it if you control a Kavu" gate ties the whole engine to keeping the board populated. Warp is the wrinkle that makes it self-feeding: casting it for the reduced cost gets a body down early, exiles it at end step, and then lets you recast it from exile later, which fires the enters trigger a second time off a single card. The engine builds its own fuel. The 3/3 body is deliberately unremarkable because the design isn't paying for combat stats; it's paying for a repeatable card-advantage loop that scales with how deep a Kavu creature-type theme you're willing to build. Kavu have been a red-green beatdown type since their debut era without ever carrying an engine of their own, and this is the piece that finally asks the tribe to do something other than attack.
