Olivia's Bloodsworn
The ability is the giveaway: this is a black two-drop that wants a red partner across the table to press its button, a Vampire enabler built for the aggressive Rakdos shells where handing an attacker haste can justify the slot. Olivia, Mobilized for War anchors that orbit, and this creature's assignment is to keep her freshly cast recruits swinging the moment they hit the board. The "can't block" clause pays for the evasive body: two power in the air with no defensive value at all, a creature that points one direction and admits it. That restriction is honest. It never pretends to trade or hold a flank; it commits to pressure and expects the surrounding cards to do the same. As tribal infrastructure, it leans entirely on a second color to switch its text on, which makes it a clean gauge of how deep a deck goes on vampires: in a mono-black build the haste line does nothing, while in Rakdos it converts every fresh vampire into immediate damage. The 2/1 flyer will chip in evasive damage anywhere, but the payoff lives in the activation, and the activation only pulls its weight when the deck is engineered to feed it a red source and a board of vampires waiting to attack.
