Disappear is written one rung looser than the usual death-trigger payoff, and TMT hands you the fodder from several directions at once: Food tokens off Anchovy & Banana Pizza, Sneak triggers cycling permanents in and out, the Insect tokens the legend makes for itself. The condition checks at the beginning of your end step, so the loop only matters if you can keep one permanent leaving every turn. Cast it on a turn where something has already left, and the end step adds a 1/1 flier on top of the 3/2: two evasive bodies for four mana in a medium-speed format where most commons trade on the ground.
BG Sacrifice is the only deck paying the green pip honestly, and it is the home. There the 
activation is a late-game cantrip that feeds itself, since the sacrificed token is another permanent leaving the battlefield. Four mana for a draw is steep, but it loops back into Disappear and it gives a flooded board somewhere to go. The splash is close to free given Escape Tunnel and the hybrid commons already pulling these drafters into green. P1P3 to P1P5 there, climbing as you stack Food and token producers.
Mono-black and WB Sacrifice want the four-mana flier that snowballs blockers but strand the draw half entirely. P1P5 to P1P7 in those lanes, maindeck regardless.
The discipline is removal. Stomped by the Foot kills it before the end step ever arrives, and a Lord Dregg answered at instant speed in your draw step seeds nothing. The engine wants him to survive a turn cycle; the body invites the spell that denies it.
