The trigger asks for a specific kind of turn: one where the graveyard was not a resting place but a resource, cast from or activated within before the turn ends. A 3/4 for four is a fine defensive shell, but the draw only fires if you have already been mining the yard, which makes this a payoff bolted to behavior a flashback-and-jumpstart deck was going to do anyway. The reward compounds: each turn you spend a graveyard card is a turn you refill your hand, so the engine sustains the very resource it depends on. Note the timing detail. Because the draw checks in during every player's end step, not just your own, a spell cast from a graveyard on an opponent's turn also cashes in, which quietly turns instant-speed flashback and graveyard-activated abilities into a two-way draw engine. That is the design lever doing the work: it rewards playing at instant speed and keeps the yard active on turns that are not yours. The Zombie Horror line is incidental; nothing about the card cares about the tribe. What it cares about is whether your graveyard is a library you are reading from, and it pays you for keeping the pages turning.
