Two abilities on one artifact, each aimed at a different half of the energy ledger. The first fattens every energy trigger you'd receive by one, so a source that hands you two now hands you three, and that surplus compounds across a turn dense with triggers. The second converts churn into a card, but only after you've paid or lost four or more energy in a single turn: not a passive drip off accumulation, but a threshold you have to actively clear. That gating clause is the load-bearing part of the design. It refuses to reward hoarding; it wants you spending in bulk, turn after turn, so the draw keeps coming back online. The two halves are calibrated to feed each other: the generation bonus makes the four-per-turn bar easier to vault, and the fresh card keeps you stocked with things to spend energy on. This solves a quiet problem the mechanic has carried for years. Energy sits on you as public information, but sources rarely let you spend faster than you make, so pools stagnate and the counters bank rather than burn. Here they are fuel, not savings. It's a build-around that describes its own archetype in the abstract: a payoff waiting on an engine that transacts energy heavily enough to trip the threshold every turn, which is exactly the kind of dedicated spend-outlet energy has drifted in and out of the toolbox without.
