The sacrifice ability rewrites a combat step or absorbs a board wipe by making every legendary creature you control indestructible until end of turn, and Hajar throws in a +1/+0 pump to turn a defensive gesture into a lethal one. The catch is baked into the cost: the shield is one-shot, and Hajar himself is not among the creatures he saves, so the play is to trade a 3/3 for a turn's worth of immunity across your other legends. That framing tells you what kind of deck wants him: a board built to be dense with legendary bodies, where one activation blanks a sweeper or wins a race the turn it fires. The flavor tracks the mechanics cleanly, a bodyguard who steps in front of the blow and does not walk away from it. Hajar reads as a small effect until you count how many creatures the indestructible clause can cover at once; the ceiling is a function of your board, not his stat line, which is exactly the sort of scaling that a legends-matters shell is built to exploit.
