A tutor stapled to a body, which is a rarer combination than it sounds. Most artifact tutors sit in the two-to-four mana range as spells that do nothing but fetch; here the search rides in on a 6/5 with vigilance, so the card advances your board and your library in a single cast. The mana-value split is what keeps it honest: an artifact costing two or less arrives on the battlefield for free, while anything bigger goes to hand, so the tutor rewards a curve of cheap artifacts rather than a single expensive payoff. That partition stops the card from being an unconditional cheat-into-play engine while still paying you a permanent for the small stuff. The wrinkle worth understanding is where the trigger sits. The search fires whenever the Vehicle enters the battlefield, from any zone: cast normally, blinked, reanimated, or otherwise put into play. Crewing, by contrast, does not cause it to re-enter, so the fetch happens once when the artifact hits the battlefield, and the crew cost is only what turns it into an attacker afterward. Crew 2 is a light tax for a body this size, which means the tutored artifact and any leftover creatures can pay the toll without stranding the Vehicle. The through-line is a card built for decks already saturated with cheap artifacts: it finds the missing piece, deploys it if it is small enough, and then becomes a genuine threat rather than a spent tutor.
