The wiring is the whole trick: the +1/+1 hits every creature you control that is enchanted, not just the one this Aura latches onto. A single copy on a lone creature is a glorified Holy Strength, but spread a few cheap enchantments across your team and the same card behaves like an anthem that only counts the bodies you have already committed to wearing their auras. The reward scales with how invested your deck is in the go-wide, hang-extra-permanents-on-everything plan, and the floor-to-ceiling gap is entirely a function of that investment. Flash is what keeps it from reading as a sorcery-speed durdle: a static team buff that would normally sit out the combat step instead waits in hand to ambush a block or push an unblocked attacker over the line, ending fights at instant speed that the opponent thought were settled. The design asks you to chase two reward structures at once, the wide aura shell and the anthem payoff, and pays you only when you have built toward both. Lean on a lone enchanted creature and it is strictly worse than a one-mana pump; assemble a board of them and a single instant-speed cast turns a stalled position into lethal.
