Folio of Fancies
A group-draw engine that hides an aggressive plan inside a Group Hug shell. The static line removing maximum hand size is not a courtesy; it is the loaded gun. The ability fills every hand at the table with no ceiling, and the
ability then makes each opponent mill equal to whatever they are holding, which by then is enormous. That the mill points only at opponents is the entire trick: symmetric on the surface, lethal in one direction. The two abilities are built to fire in sequence across turns, and because both tap the artifact, the clock is deliberate rather than explosive. Cards that let everyone draw usually trade on goodwill; this one weaponizes generosity, feeding opponents the very resources it later converts into decking. The pilot's job is to spend a few turns as the friendly draw enabler, watching hands swell, then flip the mill and collect. The failure mode is honest and visible: everyone gets to use the draw too, so a table that reads the plan can spend those extra cards against you before the mill lands. Slow enough that the whole room can see it coming, and dependent on the room not doing anything about it.
