Fallaji Wayfarer
Being all colors is a rules exploit dressed as a keyword grant. The first clause slips this Human Scout into any green deck under commander color-identity rules while leaving its actual identity green: it counts as every color on the battlefield but stays a green card for deckbuilding. That distinction is load-bearing, because the payoff is the second ability. Convoke already lets a tapped creature pay for one generic mana or one mana of that creature's color, so a creature that is every color can satisfy any single colored pip on a gold spell. Wayfarer doesn't rewrite how convoke works; it grants convoke to your multicolored spells and then makes itself the perfect convoke fodder, capable of covering the exact colored requirement that usually makes gold spells hard to cast. The result is a green three-drop that turns a wide, multicolored board into a color-fixing discount engine, letting demanding gold bombs arrive a turn or two early on bodies already in play. It belongs to a line of convoke payoffs that reward going wide, but where earlier enablers leaned on generic-mana savings, this one specifically attacks the color tax that punishes five-color and gold-dense strategies. The 2/4 is incidental; the card is a mana-fixing structure that happens to have a face.
