Exterminate!

Replicate on a spell like this is a Faustian bargain in miniature: the copies are free of mana but not free of resources, because the currency is your board. Every additional Destroy-and-drain here costs an untapped Dalek, meaning the payment is drawn from the same creatures you would otherwise be attacking or blocking with. That is the tension the design leans on. A single cast is already a premium kill spell that erases any creature on the battlefield and levies a three-life tax on top, but the ceiling only opens up when you have committed hard to the tribe and can afford to tap out an army to sweep the opposition clean while draining them for a chunk of their life total. The interaction with the tap cost matters for timing, too: because the Daleks must be untapped when you cast, this rewards a hold-back posture rather than an all-in swing, and it punishes you for having already attacked. What makes the card sing is the marriage of unconditional removal (no clause about tokens, no exceptions for indestructible outside the ordinary rules) with a scaling drain that turns a control tool into a finisher. Most tribal payoffs pump or generate bodies; this one converts the width of a Dalek board directly into targeted destruction and reach, a rare case of a tribal spell that grows more brutal the more of the tribe you have already deployed.
