The trigger is a payoff dressed as a build-around: it does nothing when no Human has entered under your control that turn, and everything once they are pouring in. What makes it precise is the sequencing. It reads the turn's history at the beginning of combat, checking whether another Human (any Human besides Éowyn herself) has entered under your control that turn, so the entrance is the toll, and only after you have paid it do you get two hasty, trampling bodies swinging in that same combat step. The draw half asks for more: a static threshold of six or more Humans, which you cannot reach until you have genuinely committed to the tribe. That laddered condition is the balancing act. The token half unlocks off a single Human entering and asks little; the draw half asks you to have already built wide, so the card scales with the deck rather than carrying it. The tokens are themselves Humans, and because they are created before the threshold is checked, they count toward the six-Human total in that same resolution, letting the ability feed its own draw clause. The result is an aggressive Human-tribal build-around that wants width in place, then converts that width into more width and card flow in one combat step. The 5/4 first-striking body is almost incidental to the plan, a clock that happens to attack profitably; the real work is the combat-step multiplier and the way it snowballs fastest when the board is already tilting your way.
