Dramatic Accusation
Pacifism stops a creature from attacking; this pins it to the battlefield entirely and then, for two blue mana, launders it off the board without ever printing the word "destroy." The chassis is the old don't-untap lock: the aura enters tapping its target, and that creature never straightens up on its controller's turns, so any ability that costs a tap goes dark while the aura stays attached. On its own that neutralizes an attacker or a tap-to-activate engine, though it leaves static and triggered abilities untouched, which is why the shuffle clause is the real payoff. Sending the enchanted creature into its owner's random library dodges every graveyard-reliant answer: no death trigger, no reanimation, no self-mill recursion, nothing left in the yard to rebuy. It also scrubs the target clean, since counters, other auras, and equipment all fall away and the creature returns (if it is ever drawn again) as a fresh, buried copy. The bill for that flexibility is a two-step tempo commitment: three mana to install the freeze, then two blue held open whenever you decide to pull it, and in the meantime you are running an aura that a single naturalize-style effect strips to hand the creature back. It is exile-adjacent removal assembled entirely out of tempo-color parts, the shape blue reaches for when it wants a permanent answer without borrowing black's or white's verbs.
