Brotherhood Outcast
Two roads from the same body, and both feed white's Voltron instincts. The first mode reaches into the graveyard to reanimate an Aura or Equipment capped at mana value three: a way to grind back a cut-down Equipment or a felled enchantment without paying its cost twice, turning a beater trade into a two-for-one. The second skips the graveyard entirely and hands out a shield counter, the once-off buffer that soaks a destroy effect or a combat death. What makes the pairing sharp is that the modes cover opposite phases of a game plan: the recursion mode is a rebuild after your gear has been answered, while the shield mode is a preemptive insurance policy before it can be. A 3/2 for three that either recoups a lost piece of equipment or protects a creature carrying it fits neatly into any deck built around a single suited-up threat, where the whole strategy is one good creature and the cards keeping it alive. The shield counter is the more portable half: it targets any creature, not just yours, and needs no graveyard to work, so the card never reads blank even when your yard is empty.
