The engine here is a two-piece loop wearing the body of a beater. Firebending pays out red mana when this attacks, but the attack trigger the card actually cares about is the other one: it recasts Ally spells it exiled earlier, which makes the red bonus fuel rather than the point. What ties the halves together is the tap ability, which needs untapped Allies to exile graveyard cards in the first place. That is the tension worth watching. Every Ally you tap to feed the exile pile is an Ally not attacking, and the payoff only fires on a card it already stashed. It rewards a wide Ally board that can afford to spend a body or two on setup while still swinging, and it punishes a board too small to do both. The graveyard-hate clause is the quiet load-bearing part: it exiles from any graveyard, so the same tap that stocks your recastable pile can strip an opponent's recursion target. But note the asymmetry in what you get back. The exile ability can banish anything (a land, a bomb, a burn spell), yet the recast trigger only lets you replay Ally spells from among those cards. Building around it means treating exile as two jobs at once: disruption against foreign yards, and a self-restocking supply of Allies to loop off your own. It is a recursion engine that only functions in motion, gated behind combat and behind the Ally count it demands, which keeps a three-mana 3/3 from doing all of that for free.
