A red two-drop that keys off the second-card-drawn trigger, which is a deliberate bit of design engineering: red rarely draws multiple cards a turn on its own, so this body is built to be paired, not played in a vacuum. Cantrips, wheels, loot effects, and any noncreature spell that replaces itself all flip the switch, turning a fragile 2/1 into a 3/2 first striker that trades up in combat and pushes through blockers. The reward is aggressive but conditional: the buff lasts only until end of turn and demands you hit the second-draw mark that same turn, so the card is a rate incentive for building around card velocity in a color that does not natively want to. What makes it a distinctive slot is the trigger itself: "second card drawn each turn" is a narrow, repeatable hook that rewards a whole engine rather than a single spell, and it sits at the fault line where aggressive red starts leaning on library-manipulation and prowess-style payoffs to keep the curve moving. Left alone it is a below-rate beater; fed properly it becomes a recurring first-strike threat that punishes anyone who tries to block on the ground.
