A symmetric blue effect that hands out a binary to everyone at the table, the caster included, and makes the act of declaration itself the load-bearing part. Blue has always had ways to bounce a creature and ways to copy one; the wrinkle is bundling both into a single verdict passed on each player before anything resolves. Friends get a clone, the kind of value that compounds when the table is wide; foes lose a creature to the bounce, a tempo setback rather than a kill. The caster sets the terms, so the real content of the card is the negotiation it provokes: who you reward, who you punish, who remembers it next turn. That the removal half is soft is what keeps the spell from being oppressive: even at maximum spite you can only sort opponents into the foe column, and each bounced creature comes right back, one turn behind. It belongs to the small family of designs built explicitly for the multiplayer table, where folding every player into one decision does work a duel cannot replicate. Naming allegiances out loud, rather than letting the table infer them from who you targeted, is the design's signature: the spell does not just touch everyone, it asks you to sort the table into sides in advance, and that declaration lingers long after the tokens and returned creatures have settled.
