Woodland Acolyte // Mend the Wilds
The green half here is Regrowth with the target narrowed and the timing sharpened: for a single mana at instant speed, it puts any permanent card (land, artifact, creature, enchantment, no restriction beyond the type) back on top of your library, and it does so as an errand you can run before ever committing the body. Cast Mend the Wilds first when you have something worth reclaiming, then bank the 2/2 in exile until the mana comes free; the recursion draws you into whatever you just reclaimed while the creature replaces itself on entry. One card, two draws' worth of action, spread across two turns. The exile-and-defer clause does the same structural work flashback does elsewhere, holding the second use in reserve rather than spending the card outright, which is what keeps a modest body and a narrow-looking recovery spell from reading as filler. Neither half swings a board: this is attrition tooling, not tempo, and it earns its slot by refusing to trade down on cards while a grinding deck drags threats and answers back out of the yard. That refusal is the entire pitch, and the sequencing (recur when it matters, deploy the Cleric when it is convenient) is what lets a single slot pull double duty at two different points in a long game.
