Watchful Automaton
The scry button never runs out. That absence of a cap is the entire pitch: a two-mana-and-a-blue activation you can press once, twice, or five times in a turn, and no counter tracks how often you've done it. As a single use the rate is bleak-level bad (spending that much to filter one card is a losing exchange), so the value never lives per activation; it lives in the total. A game that goes long turns this from a modest body into a permanent mana sink, converting every point of surplus mana into a smoother draw step for as many turns as you can afford it. The Construct chassis lets it crew, swing, or feed artifact-count triggers on the turns when curating the top of your library is not the priority, and it wears the artifact type line whether or not you ever push the button. The catch is that standing on both a creature and an artifact means both creature removal and artifact removal answer it, so the engine is more brittle than its open-ended activation suggests: the filtering only compounds if the thing survives to keep filtering. This is a card built for the attritional, mana-flush shell that wants every draw nudged in its favor and is content to keep paying for the privilege as the game grinds on.
