Regrowth stapled to a body, but the staple only works if the game has already done setup work you have to arrange. The trigger reads as one gated package, and it resolves opposite to how the text scans: because the ability needs a target instant or sorcery in your graveyard to go on the stack, you pick that spell first. No valid target, no trigger. With one chosen, processing a card out of exile is the price you pay to buy it back. The processing clause is looser than the recursion clause is demanding: you can move any card an opponent owns from the exile zone into their graveyard, whether your Ingest effects stashed it there or they exiled it themselves via Delve, Suspend, or Flashback. That is the connective logic of the whole processor mechanic: it turns the opponent's exile pile, however it got filled, into fuel for your side. Devoid strips the color without granting any of the raw menace the larger Eldrazi carry, which is the tell that these were the mechanic's plumbing rather than its finishers. The 2/5 is the consolation on turns the exile zone offers nothing to feed: a durable enough blocker to hold ground while a synergy that depends on the board cooperating waits for its inputs, an insurance policy against the game refusing to hand you a target.
