Artifact destruction stapled to a tribal trigger, with a second clause that turns the hate into a clock. The destroy is the floor; the payoff is that every artifact you break also burns its controller for the size of your Ally board, so the same effect scales with how committed you are to the deck around it. The conditionality is built into how the trigger reads: it fires whenever this or another Ally enters, and the damage only happens if the artifact actually dies that way, so against a board with no artifacts the second half stays inert and the card is left being a 2/2 with a dormant ability. That dependency is the price of the upside. Allies were a build-around tribe defined by enter-the-battlefield triggers that compounded as the board widened, and this one folds artifact hate into that engine rather than asking you to spend a separate card on it: the more Allies you flicker or replay, the more times you get to break something and add a chunk of burn to the controller. It punishes a very specific thing (an opponent leaning on artifacts) and rewards a very specific commitment (the tribal mass that makes the damage number worth caring about), which makes it a narrow effect riding on a body that wants the rest of the tribe present to justify the slot.
