Triskelavus
The body is a 1/1 flier, but the card is really a battery: three +1/+1 counters that you cash, one at a time, for flying Triskelavite tokens, each of which sacrifices for a point of damage anywhere. That structure does two things at once. It splits a fragile fat creature into a swarm that flies, so a single removal spell stops mopping up the whole investment; and it converts the counters into burn at instant speed, which means the threat of damage hangs over the board even when the construct itself is dead and the tokens are all you have left. The reach matters more than the rate: it can finish a planeswalker, snipe a mana dork, clear a blocker before combat, or just dome a face for the last few points, and it can split that damage across multiple targets across multiple turns. The lineage runs through the old Triskelion, the , remove a counter, deal a damage artifact that anchored a generation of combo loops; this design keeps the counters-as-ammunition skeleton but hangs the payoff on disposable bodies instead of pure reach, which makes it slower but harder to neutralize in one swing. The cost is the obvious tax: seven mana for a board state you have to build out a token at a time, paying mana again for every shot you eventually fire.
