Titan's Grave
A tapped dual that pays for its fixing by refusing to ever hand you a fully free cycle: the mana it produces is real, but the surveil is bolted on at four mana () plus the tap, and only ever filters one card. A basic land taps for a color and does nothing else; this covers two, enters tapped as the toll for that reach, and folds a late-game sink into the manabase. The filtering matters most where the graveyard is fuel rather than a discard pile: delve, escape, reanimation, and threshold-style payoffs all want cards in the yard, and this feeds them a card at a time without spending a spell slot to do it. The activation cost is deliberately heavy so the ability stays a sink and never becomes an engine. What the whole package buys is inevitability off the manabase: once the early curve is spent, the land still has a job, filtering flooded draws into digs. The price is a turn of tempo up front and four mana each time you want to look. The trade is crisp early untapped mana for the promise that a late-game land drop is never dead.
