Tidal Barracuda

Creature — Fish3 generic manaBlue mana

Two clauses that read as one favor and function as opposites. Granting the whole table flash looks like a group-hug enabler, the kind of symmetrical gift that turns a quiet board into a stack of instant-speed spells; the second line quietly reclaims half of it, barring your opponents from casting anything across the full span of your own turn. What comes out the other side is a one-sided arrangement dressed as a communal one: you keep instant-speed access to your spells all game while, through your untap, upkeep, main phase, combat, and second main, no opponent can answer with a removal spell, a counter, or a combo piece. The line matters that it is not a total lock. Opponents can still crack fetch lands, activate abilities, and let triggers resolve during your turn; what they lose is the layer most interaction actually lives on, the spell. So it hands out a keyword with one hand and bars the door with the other, opening a protection window for whatever you are trying to push through. The 3/4 body is almost incidental. The catch is that the effect lives on a creature that has to survive the full turn cycle, and the same flash it grants invites the table to kill it on someone else's turn, when its ban on opposing spells is not in force and everyone has instant-speed access to do it. A control piece disguised as a fair one.
