Thrasta, Tempest's Roar

Legendary Creature — Dinosaur10 generic manaGreen manaGreen mana

That printed 10 generic manaGreen manaGreen mana is a bluff and a threat at once: the discount clause is the actual card, shaving three off the generic portion for every other spell cast that turn. Chain four cheap spells and the generic melts away entirely, leaving a hard floor of Green manaGreen mana, a two-mana 7/7 that swings the turn it lands. The design is a study in stacking safeguards around that exact scenario. Hexproof only while it entered this turn means the combo pilot dodges targeted removal for that first swing; the targeting window opens the following turn, once the shield falls off, though non-targeting answers and blocks can still bite. Trample and trample over planeswalkers ensure the body does not get chump-blocked or wasted munching a walker, since excess damage carries straight to a face regardless of what stands in front of it. Read together, the payload is a burst finisher that punishes interaction only if the opponent has it ready before the storm turn resolves. Miss that window and they take a swing from a hasty, protected 7/7; survive it and the following turn hands back a beater that is now merely a large creature with no protection, answerable by any hard removal that does not care about size: an exile spell, a -X/-X that goes deep enough, a chump-and-double-block. The Dinosaur flavor is almost a joke against the machinery: this is a card whose entire premise is that, packed among cheap spells, it stops being big at all. Left alone in a fair deck, it is a twelve-drop nobody casts. Surrounded by cheap spells, it is a two-mana knockout wearing a temporary shield.
