Most Sliver lords amplify statically: a keyword grant, a stat boost, an evasion clause, abilities that reward simply having bodies on the table. This one converts the army's existence into a recurring trigger and bolts that trigger to combat. Every Sliver you control becomes a pinger the moment it swings, so five attackers throw five points of free damage wherever you point them before blockers are even declared. That damage-on-attack template turns a horizontal go-wide board into a reach mechanism that ignores blocks entirely: face damage, a point to clear a chump-blocker, the last tick on a planeswalker. The body is fragile and the cost is steep for what arrives alone, which is the honest tax on an effect that multiplies across an entire creature type; it rewards a board you already built rather than building one for you. Against a developed Sliver line, it rewrites the math of racing, because the opponent now takes damage simply for the privilege of being attacked, whether or not anything connects.
