Thickest in the Thicket
The counter payload keys off current power, not the printed number, which makes the enter trigger a doubler with compounding potential: point it at whatever your biggest creature happens to be at that moment and it walks away with a second copy of its power in counters. Feed it something already pumped and the multiplication stacks on the inflated total. That front-loaded blowout is only half the design, though. The end-step clause turns the enchantment into a recurring draw engine gated behind a single deckbuilding promise: control the creature with the greatest power, or tie for it. Green has traditionally paid its power tax in card selection, trading a fat body for a thin grip. This design inverts that bargain by paying you two cards a turn for the fat body itself. What it resolves is green's oldest structural weakness, that a deck of enormous creatures runs empty the instant those creatures get answered. Here the answer is also the risk: kill the pumped-up threat and the draw engine stalls, since the greatest-power check needs a creature you control to satisfy it. It asks you to protect a target rather than simply cast bigger things, a more interesting axis than raw stats usually earn in the color. One creature carries two loads at once, board presence and library access, and the whole package lives or dies on whether it survives to your end step.
