The Planechase format runs on two engines working against each other: the passive effect a plane imposes on everyone while it is active, and the chaos payoff that fires only when the planar die comes up right. Most planes keep those two engines cordoned off from each other. This one wires them together into a single grim loop. The static Low Gravity clause hands every creature a sorcery-speed evasion option, which reads as symmetric and mostly harmless, the kind of texture that makes combat math slightly stranger for the whole table. The chaos trigger is where the plane shows its teeth: it reaches into every opponent's graveyard and drags their dead creatures back as face-down 2/2 Cyberman artifacts under your control, a mass reanimation that scales with how many players have been feeding the yard. And these are not tokens: the actual creature cards enter the battlefield, so they carry their identities under the face-down shell and revert to their printed selves if anything turns them face up. As blank 2/2 bodies, though, their stats and abilities stay dormant, the graveyard's contents mattering only as raw material. The two halves converge in play, since the Cybermen you just stole are creatures too, and Low Gravity lets them take to the air the same turn. It is a flavor conceit (the Cyberman conversion, the lunar setting) rendered as a mechanic that punishes any table where creatures have been dying, which is to say every table.

Low Gravity — All creatures have "2 generic mana: This creature gains flying until end of turn. Activate only as a sorcery." Whenever chaos ensues, for each opponent, choose up to one target creature card in that player's graveyard. Put those cards onto the battlefield face down under your control. They're 2/2 Cyberman artifact creatures.
