The Fertile Lands of Saulvinia
The first ability is a mana doubler, not a fixer, and the distinction matters: tapping a land triggers an extra copy of whatever that land already produced, so a Forest still gives green, a dual land still yields only one of its two colors per tap, and nobody's color problems get solved. What it does instead is turn every land on the table into a table-wide Mana Flare that hits all players at once, an ambient acceleration that inflates whatever engine each deck was already running rather than papering over its weaknesses. That egalitarian generosity is the plane's fantasy: everyone gets to cast more, faster, as long as the table stays parked here. The second ability is a recursive engine of a different kind. When chaos ensues, you cascade through your planar deck, revealing until the next plane surfaces, resolving that plane's chaos immediately, then burying the revealed cards on the bottom. Nobody planeswalks; the table stays on Saulvinia and keeps its doubled mana. What changes is the board, because you have just fired off another plane's chaos ability without leaving this one. A single roll can chain an outcome the current game state never accounted for, borrowed from a plane the group is not even standing on. That is the design wrinkle worth sitting with: a plane that reaches into the rest of the planar deck for its effects while keeping its own generosity switched on the whole time.
