A 0/4 body that does nothing to the board and everything to your library's clock. The keyword it targets pays for its power with time: suspend cards arrive cheap but only after their time counters tick away, and that delay is the balancing lever that lets spells like Restore Balance, Living End, and Lotus Bloom exist at their power level. Tapping this Advisor casts a suspend spell straight from hand for its suspend cost, so the spell resolves immediately instead of hanging out on counters for a round or more. You are not paying a discount you could not otherwise reach (you always pay the suspend cost when you suspend); you are deleting the wait between paying it and getting the effect. The sorcery-speed restriction keeps the engine one-directional: no instant-speed ambush, no holding up a surprise on an opponent's turn, just one immediate cheat per turn for as long as the body survives. Its ceiling scales inversely with how much a given suspend card was designed to make you wait; the longer the intended delay, the bigger the theft. A build-around whose whole appeal is that it turns a keyword about patience into a keyword about right now.
