Most Sagas resolve into a fixed script: read the three chapters and you know the whole play, no board state required. This one refuses to finish its own sentence. Chapter I hands over a lone 2/2 changeling. Chapter II sets any number of your Shapeshifters to a base 4/4, a clause with no floor and no ceiling: aim it at a bare battlefield and it does nothing but grow last turn's token; aim it at a wide changeling squad and it recasts your entire team at once. Chapter III turns that team into a distributed Fireball, each of your creatures with power four or greater throwing its power at a single creature or planeswalker. The two back chapters are keyed to each other with a jeweler's precision: Chapter II sets your Shapeshifters at exactly the four power that Chapter III's damage clause checks for, so every buffed body becomes a live burn source the moment the last lore counter lands. That interlock is where the design tips its hand, and where the trap lives. Run the minimum: a single token pumped to 4/4, dealing four to one target across two draw steps, a meager return on three mana. What it gives back depends entirely on the changeling count you can muster around it, which makes this a tribal enchantment dressed as a value engine that pays only a board already gone wide.
