Teleportation Circle

The blink engine that never stops, priced for the long game. Where most flicker effects in white are one-shot spells (Cloudshift, Momentary Blink) or tie the reset to a body that can die, this parks the loop on an enchantment that resolves on its own clock, once every end step you leave it standing. The end-step timing is the whole design: your enters-the-battlefield triggers fire during your own turn, after combat, so a scry from a wall of exploration effects, a token from a creature that makes one when it arrives, or a Solemn Simulacrum reanimating its own ramp all recur on schedule without asking you to spend more mana. And because that trigger goes on the stack the same turn the enchantment resolves, it starts paying the moment it lands, provided you already have a target worth blinking. It reads artifact as well as creature, which quietly widens the target pool past the usual dork-and-blink shell into equipment resets and mana rocks with enter-the-battlefield value. The passivity is what keeps it fair: one flicker per turn, only on your end step, only on permanents you already control, so it rewards a board assembled to abuse it rather than building that board itself. A creature-based flicker outlet demands attention and dies at instant speed; this sits in the enchantment slot, harder to interact with and impossible to race, asking only that the game go long enough for the incremental value to compound.
