Teferi, Druid of Argoth

Legendary Creature — Human Druid2 generic manaGreen manaGreen manaGreen mana

Two axes of asymmetry stacked into one green body, and both of them bend the game's tempo in the same direction. The static ability that gives your creatures in hand, graveyard, and library flash turns a deck of would-be sorcery-speed threats into an instant-speed toolbox: nothing on the stack, nothing telegraphed, and every draw step becomes a live threat during the opponent's end step. The Prophet-of-Kruphix wrinkle, well noted, but paired here with the second clause it becomes brutal. Locking each opponent into sorcery timing while you retain full flash access is the closest green gets to a color-pie theft of control's home turf: you get the reactive game, they get to act only during their own main phase with the stack empty. That is the design tension the printed stat line half-hides. The body reads defensive, a 3/4 that survives most early combat, but the card is doing offense by controlling when everyone else is allowed to speak. The flash on Teferi itself is the linchpin: it can arrive on the opponent's turn, flip the timing lock into place before they have committed, and leave them holding a hand of spells they can no longer cast. It is a green take on the oldest control fantasy, denial of the opponent's window, rebuilt out of creatures rather than counterspells.
