A 4/3 trampler for two mana is a rate no green two-drop offers without a string attached, and here the string is a sequencing tax: the body costs nothing beyond its printed cost, but you cannot deploy it as your opening play because the condition demands you have already cast another green spell that turn. The restriction is the whole bargain. It wants a deck so dense in green that "cast another green spell this turn" reads as a formality, which is to say a green-flooded aggressive build that empties its hand early. That produces an awkward inversion: it is a top-end statistically that wants to be a top-end sequentially. The more aggressive your curve, the easier the condition, but the sharper your curve, the less you needed an oversized two-drop in the first place. It is an honest piece of design about the cost of efficiency, the kind of conditional beater that pays out enormously when its prerequisite is baked into the deck and sits dead in hand when it is not. The lineage runs through every spell that gates a strong body behind a precondition you satisfy mid-turn rather than at deckbuilding; the elegance is that the gate and the payoff point the same direction, rewarding precisely the green-heavy aggression the card exists to reinforce.
